Our dentists typically recommend a comprehensive oral hygiene routine, including brushing your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste (for those with sensitive teeth a desensitizing toothpaste is also great), flossing daily to remove plaque between teeth, and using an antiseptic mouthwash. A preferred routine is something like this;

1. Brush both teeth and gums in morning for at least 2 minutes (ideally do this 20 minutes after eating to avoid the food acids softening your teeth while brushing)
2. Last thing at night before bed used an anti-septic mouthwash like Corsdyl Daily for 30-60 secs before flossing in between all your teeth to remove plaque build up and lastly brush again for at least 2 minutes
